On Sunday, Selma and I went for a nice brisk afternoon run. It was probably a poor decision because we both felt like dying afterwards. So to reward ourselves, we (and by we I mean Selma) made a delicious charcuterie platter + beer.
Selma arranged a plate containing salami, grape tomatoes, blackberries, chèvre, and olive & hot pepper sourdough with some herb infused olive oil for dipping.
This was quite possibly one of the easiest and most satisfying post-workout meals I’ve ever had. And before this, I had no idea what charcuterie even was. Oh silly me…
