Paris Creperie

Once again, Groupon has come through with another one of our favorite deals. This time, it was at the Paris Creperie in Coolidge Corner (they also have a food truck). We like this place because it’s in a super convenient location for us and their crepes are pretty amazing. They offer crepes of every variety ranging from savory breakfast crepes to rich nutella crepes and everything in between. And if you don’t like what they have, you can always make your own! We actually first came here because of a Groupon we had purchased last year so we tend to buy them every so often if we feel like getting our crepe on. Now this particular Groupon was $24.79 for 2 crepes and 2 drinks so it was prefect for a nice Saturday morning brunch.

Note: this place is usually pretty busy (probably because of the Groupons) so if you want to get a seat, you will have to awkwardly wait around because this place is tiny.

By the way, I love the names of their crepes.

Now the nice thing about the Groupon is that you can order any of their drinks and crepes. We opted for the fruit smoothie and a cappuccino. The smoothie was refreshing and the cappuccino was perfect for warming us up on a cold Saturday morning. They also offer hot chocolate, tea, and even nutella frozen drinks.

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Crepe – Scallion infused crepe with smoked salmon, cream cheese, roma tomato, red onion, and capers. This was fantastic. I LOVE smoked salmon so this was the perfect combination for me.2014-02-08 10.38.08

Selma got the Gorgonyolo – Black pepper infused crepe with chicken, gorgonzola cheese, sautéed vegetable medley, fresh basil leaves and arugula. This was also pretty creative and delicious.

All in all, it was $25 well spent. They used to have this deal for $15 but that was back in the day. Those were the days…
