Pretzel Cookies

Pretzel cookies are by far one of my favorite snacks of all time. Selma introduced me to them last year and I couldn’t get enough ever since. They are ridiculously easy to make and they are extremely addicting. There is a reason why we only make these once a year…

Start by laying out salted mini pretzels on a baking sheet. The salted pretzels add that necessary savory element to the mix.

Unwrap a butt load of Hershey’s Kisses and gingerly place them on top of each pretzel.

Bake at 250 degrees for ~5 min or until you see the kisses starting to sweat. Smoosh an M&M or almond on top while the chocolate is still hot and place the tray in the freezer for 30 min to allow the chocolate to harden.
