Thanks to daylight savings, we had a whole extra hour on Sunday to relax and sleep in before church. We also finally had time to make breakfast! We never have time to make breakfast! Remember that awesome olive bread from When Pigs Fly Bakery? It’s back and now in sandwich form!
I started off with some bacon (obviously)
Everything is better with bacon.
I mixed together some eggs with milk, salt, pepper, rosemary, crushed red pepper, and garlic.
Gingerly scramble the eggs.
Toast up a few slices of olive bread for fun
And there you have it. The best breakfast sandwich of all time complete with fruit on the side.
