Everyone loves chicken parm. People who say they don’t are liars.
Since Selma and I have become old people, we’re trying this new thing where we hang out with people. We invited our friend Lauren over and I decided to make chicken parm because its delicious and we had 4 pounds of chicken to go through.
I started with some chicken breasts that I pounded out to make it cook faster.
I then made this random mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs that I haphazardly threw spices into. It includes salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary, dried garlic, and chilli powder. Exact measurements are not necessary. Do whatever feels right to you.
We also paired it with this delicious Malbec. Not too sweet and goes well with meats. We drank the whole thing…we are animals. And yes Lauren, alcohol is caloric.
